In order to take Million Zaps to the next level and to provide even higher quality of service, we are introducing a nominal Rs 30 processing and delivery fee for all redemption requests. The redemption processing fee will be waived for all paid plans.
This fee is applicable effective immediately. All redemption requests placed already will continue to be processed without any fee.
The payment processing screen will be shown when requesting for redemption. You can upgrade your membership to get this fee waived.

We launched a new feature which will help you earn rewards even faster – a wish list.
When you login, you will be prompted to choose a reward. Then, we will come up with a custom plan for you that helps you to fulfil your wish.

We had an issue with our platform which did not allow you to update your email id in specific cases. We are sorry for the inconvenience caused. We are glad to inform you that it is now fixed. If you have not already verified your email id, please do so now so that you can –
- recover your password
- receive important communication
- redeem rewards
In order to update your email address, please follow the steps below:
- Sign in to MillionZaps.com
- Click on the menu on the top right of your page
- On the expanded menu, choose ‘My Profile’
- Type your email address in the appropriate field. (Note: if the email id field is disabled, it means you have already verified your email address)
- Click on ‘Save’
- You would get a confirmation message on the screen
- Now, go to your email inbox.
- You should have received an email from Million Zaps with a verification link
- Click on the link
- You will get a confirmation message if it is successfully verified
Please note the following important points-
- Once an email id is verified, it cannot be changed
- If you do not see the email in your email inbox, please check the spam folder. Sometimes, it can go in there. Click on ‘Not a spam’ to move it to the main inbox. That will also ensure that new emails from Million Zaps don’t end up within the spam folder
- If the email id you are trying to link is already used by another account, then you will not be able to verify your account. Please use a different email id.
- If there are two or more zappers in the same home, each of them should use a different email id
- If you still face an issue, please send us a message from within MillionZaps.com

Thank you for being part of Phase 1 of Million Zaps. It was an exciting journey and you were a great support in this journey. Your suggestions and feedback enabled us to create the new Million Zaps 2.0.
We are very excited and we are sure you will also enjoy the new 2.0. Here is what you will find new in 2.0
– The look and feel of MillionZaps have been given a complete overhaul.
– You will find a noticeable difference in the performance
– New and improved Zaps. Zaps that will keep you engrossed and wanting more always
– New and improved membership plans.
– Better logistics management and defined delivery timelines. The rewards will be dispatched every 1st and 15th of every month if you are in the Gold Plan.
Please note that in order to give you better and improved service we have upgraded the features and price of premium memberships. As a valued zapper we will be providing some additional zaps on pro-rata basis for you to attempt. Once you complete the zaps available as part of your membership you will need to upgrade or renew the membership to continue.
We value your association with us and all the zap points earned by you and available in your account will still be available with you to redeem for rewards at your convenience.
In case you have already redeemed a reward they will be dispatched or on the way to reach you. The 2.0 will not affect any rewards redemption that you might have already made.

It has been some time since we lasted posted on the blog. And with good reason. We have been busy making Million Zaps even better. It is not complete yet but we think we are close to ready. We expect to launch the new version by early February – yes, in less than a month.
So, what exactly are the improvements? As of now, we are proud to tell you that we have incorporated most of your feedback – a couple of them being –
- identifying the zaps already attempted
- better tracking of reward delivery
Obviously there are many more changes which should make your experience with Million Zaps much better. Over the course of the next couple of weeks, we will share with you some of the new features that will be introduced. Keep watching this space for more.
PS: We have received a number of emails/messages on new zaps. Rest assured that new zaps are being added every week.
PPS: We have also received a few messages enquiring on reward delivery. Again, we are extremely happy to announce that we have been able to deliver most rewards ahead of our planned SLA’s. If you have not received your reward but the status shows ‘Delivered’ or ‘Delivered to School’, please get in touch with us.
We constantly receive support requests with login and registration related questions. Unfortunately, a number of times, the given email id is incorrect. This means that we are unable to respond to you and so unable to help you.
Please make sure that if you are not logged in when raising a support request, then the email address is correct. If you are logged in, then the email id is not needed as we know who you are and our reply can be found in your inbox.

If you have requested for a reward by redeeming points and you have yet to receive the reward, we understand that it can be frustrating. But fear not – no valid zapper will miss out on their rewards!
Rewards are dispatched to the school if you have signed up via them. The school will then hand it over to you. Since we do not want to send rewards one at a time to the schools, we consolidate them to be sent either every fortnight or every month. Accordingly, in some cases, it may take up to 30 days to receive your gifts.
If you have signed up directly and not via the school, then the rewards will be delivered at an address of your choice. There will also not be any waiting period before they are dispatched. In such cases, prizes are sent via courier usually within 4-5 days.
Hope this answers any queries you may have had on why some rewards take longer to arrive. If not, drop us a note and we will tell you the current status of your prize.

It is a small milestone for us but one of many more to come. When we named this site millionzaps.com, we had a thinking that we will award a million zaps. But, looking at the response we have got so far in the first few weeks, it is clear that we will reach the million zap mark pretty soon. Don’t worry – million zaps will continue to entertain you for a long time to come even after we reach the million zap mark. May be we will set a new target – a billion zaps?
